Return and Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied by a product or service that I have provided  you may contact me directly to discuss. Within 3 business days I will respond, if it is determined that your refund will be given, then you can expect a refund within 30 days. If you purchase online videos you may use them for personal use only. If you charge money for any of the content that I have developed you may be subject to additional charges.  My standard rate varies between 20-35% of proceeds. You must notify me within 3o days of the time that the service or video was provided in order to qualify for a return or refund. If you have paid me mistakenly a refund will be offered within 30 days of notification. If you purchase a group package you will not be refunded courses which have been already attended. If you purchase a gift card no refunds are available at this time. If the video material is not functioning properly by my accord or if you receive the incorrect video I will be happy to discuss alternatives or return options.
